A Walk Around Plaza Pointe-Claire: Everyday West Island Life in 2024
In 2024, I spent some time walking around Plaza Pointe-Claire, a familiar shopping destination in Montréal’s West Island.
With my camera, I photographed the storefronts, signs, architecture, and ordinary moments happening around the plaza. It may not be a famous tourist attraction, but places like this often become part of our personal memories and everyday routines.
The visit reminded me that photography does not always require a spectacular destination. Sometimes, familiar surroundings reveal their own character when we slow down and look at them more carefully.
